Cari amici! The registration for the Christmas Lunch 2025 is now open 🎁
We will gather on Sunday 30 November at 12:00 in the Hinge restaurant.
There will be a delicious meal prepared by our volunteer members, a cosy atmosphere, nice music, entertainment for the kids, dancing, etc!
Both members and non-members are most welcome, therefore you can bring along relatives, friends, and colleagues 😊
This year the contribution is:
Club Italia members
– Adults menu 25€
– Children menu 15€
Non-members
– Adults menu 35€
– Children menu 20€
The menu can be found in the attached flyer.
Due to office maintenance on Saturday, this year everything will have to be prepared on Sunday morning and thus the menu will be reduced compared to the previous years (luckily also the contribution).
REGISTRATION
If you would like to join the Christmas Lunch, please fill in this form by Sunday the 16th of November and specify:
how many people you are taking with you (and whether they are members or not),
and their menu choice.
The form will lead you to the details for the payment.
In case of doubts, feel free to write us at dhitalia@epo.org.
Please, keep in mind that:
– the maximum number of adults is limited to 150;
– after the 20th of November, since the ingredients have been ordered, reimbursement will no longer be possible in case of absence or cancellation.

As you may know, we try our best to prepare the full menu by ourselves and that is why we are looking for helpers! Cooking together is always a great fun! Do not hesitate, join us in Restour’s kitchen and let’s create together a delicious lunch for everybody 😊
Do not forget to inform your partners at home!!! (if they like cooking)
