Cari amici! The registration for our “Italian Christmas Lunch 2024” is now open 🎁
We will gather on Sunday 24th November at 12:00 at the Hinge restaurant.
There will be a delicious meal prepared by our volunteer members, a cosy atmosphere, nice music, entertainment for the kids, dancing, etc!
Both members and non-members are most welcome, therefore you can bring along relatives, friends, and colleagues 😊
Like last year, the contribution is:
For members
– Adult’s menu 35€
– Child’s menu 15€
For non-members
– Adult’s menu 45€
– Child’s menu 20€
The menu can be found on the attached flyer.
If you would like to join the Christmas Lunch, please fill in this form by Sunday 10th of November and specify:
- how many participating – adults and children – you are taking with you + whether they are members or not, and
- their menu preferences for the whole menu: meat menu or vegetarian menu.
The form will lead you to the details for the payment. In case of doubts, feel free to write us at dhitalia@epo.org.
Please, keep in mind that:
– the maximum number of adults is limited to 150;
– after the 13th November, since the ingredients have been ordered, reimbursement will no longer be possible in case of absence.

As you may know, we try our best to prepare the full menu by ourselves and that is why we are looking for helpers! Cooking together is always a great fun! Do not hesitate, join us in Restour’s kitchen and let’s create together a delicious lunch for everybody 😊
Do not forget to inform your partners at home!!! (if they like cooking)
And if cooking is not really your thing, no problem! You can still help us with the setup; there are many things to do! If you wish to participate actively let us know via email at dhitalia@epo.org Thank you!
