Despite being seemingly easy to reach a large variety of products via conventional on-line web sites, delivery costs can have a high impact in case of small orders.

A crucial aspect is also represented by the seasonality of certain products, playing a role not only in terms of price but also of their freshness. In cases of unknown suppliers, it may also difficult to judge quality and genuineness of products. Besides, sometimes it is even difficult to be aware of the availability of certain products!

For all these reasons, we are happy to offer our knowledge and passion in suggesting and promoting excellent Italian food products for a convenient price, directly from personally known producers.

Here below the founding principles of our initiatives.

Responsibility

The Club member promoting the initiative is full responsible for its full development, from the planning until the final delivery, and guarantees availability and readiness with respect to any request of necessity that may occur throughout the whole process.

Quality and genuineness

The Club member knows personally the supplier and guarantees for the high standards of the products, in terms of both quality and genuineness.

Price transparency

The Club Member acts only as an intermediary between the colleagues and the supplier and the intermediation is offered at no cost.
The price must clearly indicate if it includes delivery costs or if they are to be calculated apart.
If the collective purchase is open also to non-members, the difference in price is put in evidence.
In any case, the final price must result cheaper than conventional shopping channels.

Schedule

The collective orders will typically be announced three times a year: in spring (March/April, depending on the Easter school holidays), after the summer (September) and before Christmas (November/December).

Guarantee

The Club Member promoting the collective purchase is responsible of setting and implementing a return policy in case of defective goods.
