Since the early 19th century, the Fiori family, owners of a watermill on the Atticola river, have dedicated themselves to the work of farmers and millers, in the heart of an unspoilt territory full of green hills and mountain streams.
Today, the Fiori family runs a modern farm in Vetto, in the province of Reggio Emilia. With a property of 80 hectares of woods, pastures and fertile fields, and with more than 200 head of cattle, Fattoria Fiore is able to certify the entire production chain, from the cultivation of the fodder for the cattle to the final production of the cheese. The production of about 1,600 wheels per year. and maturing process is natural and takes place with the utmost control and accuracy.
In 2005, the Fiori Farm, as evidence of its great and long production experience, contributed to the creation of the Caseifici di Montagna consortium. Parmigiano Reggiano from Fattoria Fiori is certified NO OGM and Mountain product.

The cheese is cut in pieces of about 750gr, in vacuum-sealed pierce-proof bags.
The cheese can be stored for at least 6 months in vacuum and once opened 1 month in the refrigerator.
