About Tenuta Luisa
Tenuta Luisa is a family-run winery in Friuli Venezia Giulia, in north-eastern Italy. The estate began with five hectares of vineyard belonging to grandfather Delciso and has grown over the years to 170 hectares, 110 of which are planted with vines. Every vineyard added along the way was personally selected and purchased by the family for the specific qualities of its site.
Our wines come from the DOC Friuli Isonzo area. The appellation takes its name from the river that flows through the eastern part of Friuli Venezia Giulia, the Isonzo, and encompasses a territory stretching from the gentle hills of Collio andthe Karst to the Adriatic Sea. Friuli Venezia Giulia, extending from the Alps to the Adriatic coast, is characterized by a great variety of landscapes.
Friulano (2025)
White wine with an intense
straw-yellow colour and a
floral, fruity aroma, with a
distinctive note reminiscent
of bitter almond. On the
palate, it is decidedly dry,
yet its moderate acidity.
Sauvignon (2025)
Golden yellow in colour. It
has a refined and
distinctive bouquet with
notes reminiscent of sage,
bell pepper and tomato
leaf. A full-bodied wine
with excellent acidity.
Pinot noir (2023)
Bright ruby red in colour. The
nose is fragrant, refined and
ethereal, opening with intense
aromas of red berries, and evolving into
delicate, pleasant notes of
subtle spices on the finish. On
the palate, full and smooth, with velvety
tannins.
