Semi-whole wheat pasta, produced by Società Agricola Forcella (Abruzzo).
Deadline: Sunday 28 September
Delivery: Mid October
Contact persons: Marco Vigilante
Forcella semi-whole wheat pasta highlights the small secrets of excellence: the nutritional properties of Italian San Carlo wheat, low in gluten, which increases digestibility, and without added thickeners; cold mountain water and the tradition of stone milling; and a predilection for artisanal techniques, with slow drying and low temperatures. A short supply chain spanning 30 square kilometers, with the finest artisans accompanying us in this challenge.

You can choose from these two types:
Linguine, 500 gr.
Linguine is a type of long, flat pasta, similar to spaghetti but flatter and wider. Its name means “little tongues” in Italian. It is traditionally paired with seafood-based sauces or pesto, and is known for its ability to hold lighter, oil-based or creamy sauces well.
Maccheroncini, 500 gr.
Short, thin, tubular shape, typically smooth and sometimes slightly curved. The term is the diminutive of “maccheroni” and refers specifically to smaller-sized tubes, which are versatile and suitable for a wide range of sauces and traditional Italian dishes.
