EVO Forcella Bio (Abruzzo)

For generations, the Forcella family has produced high-quality extra virgin olive oil, using only olives produced in their own groves. Azienda Agricola Forcella was established in 1924 in Città Sant’Angelo, a small town located in Abruzzo, one of Italy’s central regions, with a strong tradition of olive growing. The historical part of the estate is still located in Città Sant’Angelo on the rolling hills overlooking the Adriatic sea, an area extremely well suited to growing local olive varieties: “dritta”, “leccino”, “intosso”.

This Extra Virgin Olive oil is the ‘’Deciso’’ quality, made from a refined blend of Favolosa and Leccino olives. Olivami brings together farmers dedicated to preserving the region’s olive-growing heritage. Through sustainable cultivation, they contribute to restoring the landscape and its biodiversity. This extra-virgin olive oil embodies the strength and richness of Salento’s terroir. EVO Paladini (Sicily)

The Paladino family, next to producing wine, also produces organic extra virgin olive oil from Nocellara cultivars. The Nocellara olive is a particularly large and tasty olive, which is produced in the Belice Valley, south-west of Sicily. Harvested at the end of September, it produces an oil with a delicate aroma, just slightly bitter and spicy with an aftertaste of almond, artichoke and green tomato. The oil is cold extracted and is unfiltered.
