EVO Forcella Bio (Abruzzo)
For generations, the Forcella family has produced high-quality extra virgin olive oil, using only olives produced in their own groves. Azienda Agricola Forcella was established in 1924 in Città Sant’Angelo, a small town located in Abruzzo, one of Italy’s central regions, with a strong tradition of olive growing. The historical part of the estate is still located in Città Sant’Angelo on the rolling hills overlooking the Adriatic sea, an area extremely well suited to growing local olive varieties: “dritta”, “leccino”, “intosso”.

EVO Lucchi e Guastalli Bio (Liguria)
Organic EVO oil produced by Lucchi e Guastalli from selected olives biancolilla and frantoio, characterized by harmonious and balanced fruitiness. The result is a fruity oil between light and medium, predominantly ripe, enriched with aromatic sensations of apple, almond and pine nut. On the palate the sweet and round note prevails, accompanied by spicy and bitter of light intensity. Pairings: fish products, delicate read meat, white meat, salads. The oil is filtered to preserve its quality, flavors and aromas.
